I am Sara J. Peterson, MA, LPC. I work with individuals, specializing in working with adolescents, young adults, and women.

I primarily utilize a cognitive behavioral approach complemented by:
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Skill building
Psychoanalytic and client-centered theories

I find that these practices combined with the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) protocol are extremely effective.
